There are about hundreds of new body building & weight loss programs, pills and routines out in the web that claims to be the best way to burn fat. Many of these programs never work! And you know why?. Because some of them are just plain junk, but there are times you might end up purchasing the product just to find out it’s a pile of crap.
Most of these fitness programs can be easily adapted by our body. These programs usually provide’s a plan that will take a month or two. What then?
You should always already be aware of the fact that muscle burns fat. Therefore, the easiest way to burn fat and build muscle is by actually focus on building muscle, and the fat will just go away helping your muscle to grow in the process!
1. Choose complete body compound routines like Deadlifts, Squats, Weighted Pushups, Chinups and Pullups for hard core muscle building and fat burning.
2. Set some personal goals for every workout your going to have. Try to achieve some of these goals as you workout.
3. Have a body building diets especially fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grain carbs and lean protein if you really want to burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
4. Avoid over work out. Maintain an 8 hours of sleep routine daily. Doctor’s believe that growth hormone levels are at the highest level when you are asleep, these would help your body to recover faster and build more muscle.
5.Give emphasis on free weights and bodyweight exercises. If you can avoid using machine for exercise please do so. But unless it is for something like a kneeling cable crunch which is a great exercise for the abs.
