Tip One - Always remember that smoking is really bad for weight loss. Smoking may contribute to erratic eating habits and excessive dependence on things like coffee.
Tip Two -Undress and look at yourself in front of a mirror. If you see yourself having a fat belly and displease you, then you have all the more reason to work out.
Tip Three - Be sure to take a day off from exercise every week. This is a very good part of exercise routine. Our body needs time to recover daily stress and hard work.
Tip Four - Drink dry wine. It is considered to be better than sweet wine. Sweet wines contain a lot of sugar.We all know that to much sugar is not good in losing weight.
Tip Five - Practice boiling vegetables instead of cooking them, or even better, eat them fresh. Cooking may reduce the amount of helpful substance in food.
Tip Six - Avoid too much salt, as we all know, salt is one major contributing factor to obesity.
Tip Seven - Skipping meals is a very wrong doing. This is provably the worst thing you can do while watching you diet. Skipping meals would just result into opposite of what you want.
