
1. Dinning out? Restaurant servings tend to be enormous, so we tend to eat it all. If possible eat only what you need. Don’t over eat.
2. Always have a healthy snacks around and easily accessible area’s in your place. Have a bucket of fruit on your refrigerator. Eat many times but only with low amount.
3. Replace frozen vegetables for canned. Canned veggies tend to be high in sodium, which you don’t need, and low in real nutrition, which you do. Buy economy size bags with zip closures to make it easy to pour out a single serving for a meal.
4. Practice steaming cooking of vegetables. Steaming is one of the healthiest ways to cook vegetables. By steaming vegetables you are guaranteed to retain all of vegetables natural nutrients instead of leaching it out into the cooking water.
5. Always avoid eating on a standing position. Sit down and eat properly.This would easily digest the food that you eat.
6. Drink fruit juice or flavored water instead of soda. Soda is just full of calories. No amount of nutrients, and a whole lots of sugar.
7. Drink at least 8 full ounce of glasses a day to maintain your body’s metabolism.
